This has been a HUGE project that I have been hiding from the community for about a year now (yes I have been working on the physics for a little over a year)

THESE ARE NOT CHEATING PHYSICS! Nor do they have the ability to cheat. I have spent lap after lap after lap getting the lap times of the quads to somewhat match the lap times of dirtbikes. The physics were made to have fun, and in the process of making it fun I realized some of you think that simulation is fun, so I added many characteristics of real life quading and there is some feeling of actually riding. I really wanted to have true rhythm racing physics. To sum it up, they are arcade/sim physics I guess.

FIXES/ENHANCMENTS/ADDITIONS:

-power and speed were increased at a very subtle amount
-high speed lean back turns are now enabled
-ruts and berms can now be handled quick while hugging/staying in tight
-throwing side-to-side motion in whoops is now minimized
-rider looks and feels a lot more loose and comfortable
-movement control is increased both in air and on ground
-squaring turns are now useful
-preload time was increased so you have more selection over the amount of jump
-suspension was modified to feel more aftermarket (add more control)
-seatbouncing is now a huge thing that can help in smaller rhythm jumps
-smaller bumps now get absorbed by the suspension keep you closer to the ground
-scrubbing is way more useful and a lot less effort has to be put into them
-rider position was moved to look/act more lifelike
-whips can now turn over a lot farther, but not far enough to cause the crashing glitch
-backflips and 360’s can be slowed down almost to a stop and you cant go and do a quadriple flip
-backflip no handers are now enabled
-A.I opponents are faster and react better to user tracks
-supermoto was fixed to actually be fun
-steering was modified A LOT
-you can now get huge rhythm sections dialed in with a bit of practice
-you can use the clutch button to create a “power shifting” feel (use it off the starting gate as a gear button)
-on steep jumps the throttle “pins” itself to get you over the jump quicker (your not always on one selection of throttle, with the clutch and this you have way more control over the quad)
-freestyle jumps are a lot more technical and it takes skill to hit one correctly, it sometimes turns out a lot harder than you expect

There is a lot more things that were done, but you’ll see when you use the physics!

I realize that some of you will feel the need to bash these physics because you “hate” quads. I’m just gonna say ahead of time, please don’t. just try out the physics, I guarantee you will find them fun and addicting.

I really hope the QGP give some motivation to the MVA community to start thinking that maybe quads have their place in the game to so we can start getting some tracks, skins..etc made for them. I would appreciate that so much after all the time I have put into this.
